In late 2025, we shared an exciting opportunity for young Tasmanians to take part in the 2026 Tasmanian Youth Forum in Georgetown, hosted by the Youth Network of Tasmania (YNOT).
The forum was held in March 2026, and we’re pleased to share that YNOT has reported the event was a great success, bringing together more than 90 young people from across northern Tasmania to share their views, explore local issues, and co‑design ideas for the future. 🗣️
We’ve heard that participants spoke openly about the challenges they face, from cost‑of‑living pressures and the need for safe spaces to connect, to improving pathways from education to employment.
