In September 2024, the Tasmanian Government shared its ideas for a new Commission that will help stand up for the rights and wellbeing of all children and young people in Tasmania.
During October and November 2024, we shared a YEP! opportunity asking children and young people to send the Interim Commissioner postcards with their thoughts and ideas about how their new Commission should work. 📫
Almost 700 children and young people from all around Tasmania sent postcards! Wow! 🤯
Your ideas helped the Interim Commissioner create a report and a child-friendly poster called “Letting Them Have a Say.”
